Mount Everest is highest Peak in the world
The staffs of Monterosa Treks and Expedition welcome you at Airport and take you to hotels. There will be the introduction session with all our crew members on the next day. Then we begin to arrange for your Visa and other necessary documents for Everest Expedition. Three days after your arrival to Kathmandu your Everest Expedition begins as we drive you towards Nepal-Tibet border on the Araniko high way. Friendship Bridge is located there and the Chinese liaison officer and Chinese transportation keep waiting for us. You will be driven by Land cruiser 4WD to the first entrance city to Tibet Zhangmu from there while the expedition gears are taken by truck.
Acclimatizing one night at Zhangmu (2300m) and two nights at Nyalam (3750m) provide good refreshment for your journey ahead. You can also acclimatize trekking up the hills. Next day we drive to Tingri (4350m), where we spend further two nights refreshing ourselves. From Tingri, we drive along the rough way jerking & bouncing through the grassy plain way which leads you till to the Everest Base Camp (5200 m), which is also called the Chinese base camp. We stay two or more nights as per the member's desire at Chinese base camp where we set our camps. By that time, we make the schedule of the Yaks. Base camp and Advance Base Camp (ABC) is fixed permanently at different places. After walking 2 days from there along with the Yaks, we reach to ABC (6400m).
The East Rongbuk glacier is on the route from ABC and after that there is an easy snowy slope to the North Col. (7070m), where camp 1 is situated. After that we should put camp 2 on the snow with mixed rock in long angled snow slopes climbing 7900m. There is series of the rock on the route from camp 2 to camp 3 which is bit difficult. Climbing ahead from camp 2, Camp 3 is set on the sloppy rock at the height of 8300m. From camp 3, North summit is targeted and last evening start climbing for final summit. Again there is series of rocky climbs one way Tibet Expedition followed by a median angled snow slopes where we have to climb on joint rocks and snow until we reach camp heights of 8400m. To reach there, we should fix the ropes on climbing. Also, there are safety lines which provide you safe place when you are tired and during windy environment. Snow and rock mixed steeps way begin from here so you need to be very careful. Oxygen gas should be kept ready. Then, there is wider North East Ridge but we have to climb through small height steps to reach the place for fixing ropes.
Now, it is quite easy to move ahead in the second step. After the second steps the route is in the series of small nude ridge, which is some time seems snow covered. A large boulder route now begins where we should use ladder to climb ahead. Rope should be fixed after that section of route. Now, the route is relatively easy with smooth ground until we reach at the third steps. Then we should use the fixed rope to the Col before the final summit of snowy slopes. Again fixed ropes are needed to go ahead to the buttressed rocks from where there is a short section of corniced ridge to conquer world's highest Summit, Mount Everest (8848m).
