Mount Pokhalde peak 5,806 meter was first ascended year of 1953 via the Kongma La pass along its north ridge by the 1953 Everest Expedition group led by John Hunt. Mount Pokhalde peak is looks like a crenulated rocky ridge dominated by the vast bulk of mount Nuptse when seen from Nuptse. Pokhalde has a small hanging glacier, which is best reached along the ridge rising from the Kongma La pass on its northern side. Monterosa Treks and Expedition operating this peak for climbing all mountaineers.
