Mt Everest, the highest peak on earth, standing mightily at 8848m, is located in eastern Nepal. Everest region comprises of a number of Himalayan peaks, glaciers, lakes, Buddhist monasteries, Sagarmatha National Park and beautiful villages inhabited by culturally rich Sherpa people. Recognizing its tapestry of culture and natural wilderness, the region has been recognized as a World Heritage Site.
Trekking in Everest region is one of the most popular activities so much so that there are more than half a dozen trekking routes. Everest Trek enables you to witness Mt Everest, fourth highest Mt Lhotse (8516m), fifth highest Mt Makalu (8467m) and countless other peaks.
The trek begins from Lukla, which is just 25 minutes flight away from Kathmandu. The trail passes through Everest National Park, a world heritage sites, and follows the Dudh Koshi River. Enjoying constant backdrop of mountains along the way, you will reach Namche, the Sherpa capital, where you will rest a day exploring Sherpa culture, modern restaurants and visiting Everest Museum. The trail ahead passes through small hamlets of Pangboche, Dingboche, Pheriche and finally leading to Gorakshep. The the trail to Dinboche parallels the Khumbu glacier with huge ice peaks and pinnacles soaring to unbelievable height.
It will take two hours to reach Kalapatthar (5545m) from Gorakshep but the views from the top of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Island peak and Khumbu Glacier is simply breathless. Afterwards you can visit Everest Base Camp at a height of 5364m to enjoy the south face of Mt. Everest as well as meet hundreds of mountaineers from all over the world.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: Make trekking permit TIMS & park permit
Day 03: Flight Lukla from KTM and trek- Phakding
Day 04: Trekking Phakding - Namche Bazaar 3450m.
Day 05: Hiking for acclimatize, Khumjung village
Day 06: Trekking from Namche Bazaar - Dole stay
Day 07: Trekking from Dole to Macharmo village
Day 08: Trekking from Machermo to Gokyo Lake
Day 09: Hiking to Gokyo Ri and trek to Thangnang
Day 10: Thangnang - Chola La pass5420m.-Dzongla
Day 11: Trekking from Dzongla to Lobuche 4900m.
Day 12: Lobuche –Gorakshap, visit Everest BC5364m.
Day 13: Gorakshap – Kalapathar 5545m.–Pangboche
Day 14: Trekking from Pangboche to Namche Bazaar
Day 15: Trekking from Namche Bazaar - Lukla town
Day 16: From Lukla to Kathmandu & transfer to hotel
Day 17: From hotel, transfer to airport final departure
